Application on devised format (appended) are invited from eligible female candidates for engagement/hiring as HELPERS/AAYAs under ECCE in the identied schools shown below, which should reach the oce of undersigned by or before of 15th of February 2023 upto 4:00 pm supported by authenticated documents. Incomplete applications or applications dropped after prescribed date shall not be entertained and shall be rejected without issuing any notice . However, the u/sd reserves the right of cancellation of the notice if needed.
Nature of Deployment:
The deployment of HELPER/AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date, they are engaged or hired and shall conclude with the end of Academic Session. It may be extendable subject to the performance and approval of funds from the ministry of Education Government of India, in the particular component. All appointed candidates will have to furnish Adavit from Ist class Magistrate at the time of joining,for not claiming for permanent absorption at any stage.

The Helper deployed must be a domicile of the village incase of Rural Area and Ward incase of Urban area, where approved school is located.
Only female candidates may be deployed.
Candidate must be belonging to BPL(Below Poverty Line) category. The certicate of BPL Category should be authenticated by TSO concerned.
The candidate must be physically Fit to carry out her job(Fitness Certificate from Concerned BMO).
Qualification for AAYAs Jobs Various Govt Schools :
The applicant should possess minimum qualification of 8th Passed,however candidate with lesser qualification shall be considered when no eligible candidate is available in the village for which separate notice will be issued as soon as identified so.
Preference will be given to the candidates from BPL(Below Poverty Line) Category in order of Priority:
â–ºWidow. â–ºDivorsed. â–ºOrphan.
Any Candidate among the poorest of the poor in the village.
Age:- 18 to 45 Years as on 01-01-2023.
Honoarium: Rupees 5000/=(Five thousand) per month which may vary as per the approval during the Financial year in PAB of Samagra Shikhsa.

The Helpers/AAYA for Pre-primary sections of Govt. School shall have to perform below mentioned suggestive tasks: Escorting the children at their arrival departure, between activities (for example while moving to outdoor and play
ground and toilet etc).
Maintaining the Hygiene of the Children toileting , handwashing, cleanliness children etc.
Helping the teacher in preparing class for activities, like setting up the material, making arrangements for day today activities.
Assisting the children in taking food under the supervision of teacher under PM POSHAN (Erstwhile MDM)
Any other assignment given by HOI for proper care of Children.
