Medecins Sans Frontières (MSF)/ Doctors Without Borders (DWBI) is on international humanitarian medical aid organization working in more than 70 countries worldwide. OW is neutral, partial independent, and not inked to any polital party or government. Our team provide emergency medical assistance to people in need, inespective of their nationality race or religion, DWBI has been working in the Kashmir valley since 2001.

Job Location : Srinagar, Kashmir

Duration : 12 months (Renewable)

Start Date : ASAP

Qualification: Essential Health Supervisor Jobs 2023 : Post graduate degree in Clinical Psychology/counselling Psychology (pursued as a full time on-campus course) from a University recognized by Universites Grants Commission, New Delhi.

Desirable : M. Phil, or post-graduate degree in clinical Psychology with a valid permanent Rehabilitation Council of India registration & Management Experience in related field

Experience: Essential Psycho-social counselling experience of at least 2 years.

We Offer:–

Salary :- Gross INR 65,580/- per month (non-negotiable)
18 days annual leave: 12 days paid leave as per specified list of holidays: Sick/Casual leave of 12 days as per calendar year (pro-rated based on hire date).
Contributions towards statutory enefit programs such as Provident Fund. -Covered under accident insurance
DWBI provides medical reimbursement for employees and their dependents as per health care policy
A stimulating, professional environment in an international organization.

Job Focus:–

Participate in the planning, supervision and coordination of mental health / pycho-social related services in the programme in accordance with DWBI standards in order to provide the most appropriate mental health support for patients.
